About Us

Award winning property development company

Every business likes to think they are a little different but we feel we really are.  From before we start building a new home until we hand over the keys to a new owner we constantly question all our decisions.
We spend time and effort seeking out places where we think people will love to live and then we build homes that are a delight to live in.
To do this we don’t just build houses we build relationships.  From landowners to suppliers of our raw material, to the agents that sell our homes to the kitchen supplier, from the team laying the turf on your new lawn to the architects that help us create amazing living spaces to our bricklayer that builds the perfect wall to our surveyors who sign off the work everyone is important to us.  When you come to view an Ashurst Home you can be sure of a quality home and a seamless purchase.
We may have all these relationships but we ARE the builders.  Our sister building company has been going for over 20 years from small beginnings of one room projects to large scale extensions, conversions, rebuilds and new builds Ashurst Construction has grown by being excellent in its class.  It is this excellence that it brings to building an Ashurst Home.

Our Team

Tim also started working life at a large building company before starting Ashurst Construction. He is also a director of both businesses and heads up the building team. Tim’s family also has a thriving horse training business and what little time he has left over from helping there and working Tim can be found supporting local and national rugby with some refreshments in hand.

Kirstie Ashton
